Just 1 min from Sandringham Road and bus stop that goes straight into to city. 4 mins walk to Sandringham Village, 10 mins walk to Dominion Road and a huge variety of Asian restaurants, 15 mins walk to St Lukes. We both work full time and therefore would prefer a single or couple who also work full time.
