See video here: We are looking to let our lovely, sunny studio in Seatoun. It is fully furnished but we can be flexible to accommodate the right person’s preferences. The studio currently includes (see floor plan and interior photos): Queen bed Well-appointed kitchenette Washing machine and dryer in one Fridge Wall-mounted LCD TV Dining table Couch Coffee table Wardrobe Separate bathroom – toilet, shower & basin Outside deck along two sides, overlooking looking lovely lawn The studio is separate from the main house, and sits in a lovely position for extensive sun, with a lovely outlook over the lawn and garden. 100m walk to shops and restaurants; 150m walk to Seatoun wharf and all that the Seatoun and Worser Bay area offers. Please note we have four kids (10-15) who make some (but quite irregular) use of the outdoors for play, so we need someone that understands family living. Power and wifi is via the main house so we will reach agreement on a weekly or monthly amount. We are negotiable on term, level of furnishing, pets and need for wifi.
