It is a small house with a large garden in an ideal location. It is on a quiet back section up a long shared driveway. The house is centred around a spacious dining and living area. There are two bedrooms and one additional small room that could be a study or children's bedroom. The bathroom and toilet are separate. The kitchen is small but has what is required. The house would be ideal for a family who are attending the local schools as they are in walking distance. There is a small playhouse for children and plenty of fruit trees as well as a vegetable garden. It would be expected for the tenants to mow the lawns. An electric mower is provided. We also expect them to do some gardening, whilst we would assist twice a year or so with pruning and general weeding around the edges because it can get out of hand. The property is suited to people who like gardening and preserving fruit. Or who want plenty of space for their children to run around outside. We have preference for a family or a couple who are not expecting perfection. The house has a nice quality about it, but it just has what is required functionally; one day needs a major renovation or to be rebuilt. Recently a new hot water heatpump system was installed which will bring down the cost of heating hot water significantly. There is also a heat pump for heating in the dining / living area and a as fireplace. We are keen on tentants who would like to stay at least 1 year or longer. If the tenants want to repaint a room their preferred colour, we are open to this at their own cost. We are fairly flexible during the day to accomodate viewings.
