Kitchenette and living room space, fridge freezer provided. Note there is no cooktop (plug in benchtop cookers ok). Tiled bathroom with underfloor heating, rainhead shower. Air con (on and off control in the unit and works on a whole house temp and mode). Large bedroom with huge wardrobe. We can arrange a king bed if required. There is a space under the bench for a dishwasher, and room in the bathroom for a stacked washing machine and condenser dryer combo. We have our family of 5 in the main home (2 young kids, 3 adults) plus a very lovable GSD. You’ll have your own little outdoor deck area fenced off to create a little private outdoor space. Move in cost are 2 weeks bond and rent one week in advance.
