1 bedroom unit within our family home. Separate pedestrian gate entrance, and fully private from the main house. Kitchenette and living room space, fridge freezer provided. Note we will have an extractor installed but there is no cooktop (plug in benchtop cookers ok). Tiled bathroom with underfloor heating, rainhead shower. Air con (on and off control in the unit and works on a whole house temp and mode). Large bedroom with huge wardrobe. We can arrange a king bed if required. There is a space under the bench for a washer condenser dryer combo unit, or just a washer if you want to hang clothes out. We have our family of 5 in the main home (2 young kids, 3 adults) plus a very lovable GSD. We can arrange for your own little outdoor deck area to be fenced off if you want a little private outdoor space. Move in cost are 2 weeks bond and rent one week in advance.
