Like a mini-apartment, your generous-sized sleep-out has a double-wardrobe and bathroom with your own washer-dryer, living area and table-bench. You also have access to the main house - where you can share the large, comfortable living/dining/kitchen that other tenants have described as "very homely". WHAT'S INCLUDED? Why pay for renting and running a whole house all of the time? Here, costs are divided: Water, internet, rubbish collection, cleaning products & reasonable use of power are just $50 per week for a single, $80 for a couple. 3-12 month tenancies available (can extended at the end).
