For the rest of the house: with just one other person, you share the large, comfortable living/dining/kitchen that other tenants have described as "very homely". NOTE: for your privacy and security, the two mini-apartment rooms a separately lockable. WHAT'S INCLUDED? Why pay for renting and running a whole house all of the time? Here, costs are divided: Water, internet, rubbish collection, cleaner, gardener & reasonable use of power is just $50 per week for a single, $80 for a couple. I.e. Total for a single is $400 per week, $430 for a couple (everything included). NOTE: Rubbish bags, dish bushes, dishcloths, dishwashing liquid and spray+wipe are also supplied. 3-12 month tenancies available (can extended at the end).
