Owners live upstairs so due to the proximity they are asking for a quiet tenant.
The unit features a heat pump, fridge freezer, en suite bathroom, double bed base, sofa, kitchen bench.
Access to a private washing machine by arrangement with the landlord.
Off street parking.
We require a 3 week bond and 2 weeks rent in advance.
Ideal tenant has to have "full time job", be clean, tidy and quiet.
No loud music or noisy cars please. No parties or gatherings.
Smoking only outside the studio.

Will be able to pass a Police and credit check.
