Short Term: $160 per day including all services Daily rate includes all services including power (up to $100 per week), Unlimited WIFI & Smart TV Medium to Longer Term – Professionals & Companies etc: Maximum 6 months at a time extensions may be available $700 per week incl. all utilities as above Cleaning and linen service available upon request. ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Full Departure clean – Option to utilise our professional cleaners if so choose. Linen – Linen packs are available for hire – $200. Otherwise you are welcome to bring your own.
