We are looking for a tenant to take over our lovely studio apartment on the Terrace. The apartment would ideally suit one person or a couple (professionals and students both welcome). It is well maintained and located in a wonderful location, only a 5-minute walk from the Victoria University Kelburn campus and the CBD, and it is cat-friendly. It meets healthy homes standards with a washing machine, dryer, induction cooker, oven and a very large fridge. It is sunny and dry, and it opens up to a huge back deck. It has great city views and faces away from the street so is very quiet and peaceful. The apartment is available from the 24th of May. We are looking for someone to take over our current tenancy agreement until February 2026 (renewable). We are sad that changing circumstances mean we need to leave this lovely apartment but it will make a great home for someone. First come first serve (must have good references and proof of income).
