We are looking for a tenant to take over our lovely studio apartment on the Terrace. The apartment would ideally suit one person or a couple (professionals and students both welcome). It is extremely comfortable and located in a wonderful location, only a 5-minute walk from the Victoria University Kelburn campus and the CBD, and it is cat-friendly. It meets healthy homes standards with a washing machine, dryer, induction cooker, oven and a large fridge. It is very sunny and dry, and it opens up to a huge back deck. It has great city views and faces away from the street so is very quiet and peaceful. The apartment is available from the 24th of May. We are looking for someone to take over our current tenancy agreement until February 2026 (renewable).
