The apartment would ideally suit one person or a couple (professionals and students both welcome). It is well maintained and located only a 5-minute walk from the Victoria University Kelburn campus and the CBD, and it is cat-friendly. It meets healthy homes standards with two wall heaters, a washing machine, dryer, induction cooker, oven, and a large fridge. It is sunny and dry, and it opens up to a huge back deck.
