Downstairs bedroom locked and excluded. Quiet road and neighbourhood. $575 per week, negotiable to the right applicant. 4 weeks rent as bond plus 1 weeks rent in advance. No pets, children, smoking or vaping. Plus electricity and water costs reimbursed to owner when bill comes in each month. Fast internet, smart TV and Netflix included. Driveway parking space for 2 cars. Large terraced garden with fruit trees and veggie patch.
