3 rooms house of 474m² in Te Hiku Community

This is my dream home I have built with love I’m hoping to leave in partly furnished but just talk to me and we can work it out. I’m most concerned about the floors and having someone that will really look after the place It’s right on the river and very close to the beach has a great gate and fence setup heaps of space for parking etc it’s a really really nice place to live with double glazing etc fire and ac upstairs Two big bedrooms downstairs and an office with a fixed dest there’s a rumpus room upstairs you could use as another room and I’d like to empty all my stuff from one of the garages these arnt included in the rent but by Christmas I hope to have them more usable for any tenants. There’s a spare room in the garage.
