Firstly to manage expectations this property will be unfurnished (photos are prior to the house being vacated). Secondly, and more importantly, this is a lovely property on a large site predominantly in bush - so it feels private and close to nature. It has a large open living/ kitchen area with a separate dining area. There are lovely views over the harbour and out to out to Pauanui and to the sea. This area has a heat pump and also a separate full bathroom and decks. Downstairs there is a further heat pump, 3 bedrooms and a separate bathroom. The bedrooms are a reasonable size and have their own wardrobes. There is a further level below with a studio and separate entrance and facilities. This is for Owners use (from time to time - likely no more than a weekend a month). Owners will not use the parking This is only a short walk from town and other services. The property is intended to be managed by the Owners and references will need to be provided. Ideally the Owners would prefer to have no more than 3 persons in the house, but may agree to 4 persons. This is a no-smokers house. Pets may be OK, and will need to be discussed. The rental will be a fixed period for 1 year.
