The studio does not come with a parking spot but free parking is available on Byron evenings from 6pm to 8am and on Sundays . The apartment has a small deck and views of the harbor and city. Bus routes to the city are very close as are all the conveniences of Takapuna. The library and beach are a 5 minute walk. The building has gym spa and tennis court. Pool not currently in use. This studio would suit a single person or couple. Utilities, power and water are not included in the rent and are invoiced monthly. We do not require a fixed term contract. Bond is 3 weeks rent.
