2 rooms apartment of 350m² in Tasman

Our lovely tenant is moving overseas so we have this 2 bedroom self contained unit available. The accomodation is attached to our main home but completely self contained with its own entrance. It is located off Harley Road in a new subdivision. It is sunny and double glazed with good insulation. The unit is fully furnished except for beds and linen. It is compact and suitable for up to 2 tenants eg a couple or 1 adult and 1 child. An additional $30 covers reasonable use of power and unlimited internet. So total cost per week is $450 including expenses. We are on tank water so someone who is happy taking shorter showers. We are open to a dog but have free ranging chickens and we arent really fenced so it takes the right one. We have a mini schnauzer.
