Cuba st apartment - spacious and central. 3 bedrooms plus a study (internal smaller room with passive light source). Prime location on the corner of Wakefield and Cuba streets, directly opposite the Michael Fowler Centre and the (soon to be reopened) Wellington public library. Minutes away from Te Papa and the Wellington waterfront. This has been our family home for the last 5 years. With very large rooms and high ceilings it doesn't have that typical 'small white box' apartment feel. A lovely part of the city with the waterfront and beach so close. There are three very large bedrooms, and a smaller one (which fits a double bed). Three of the rooms have lots of inbuilt storage. The bedroom off the lounge could be used as a dining room, and the smaller room would work as a study or nursery. Note that these photos are staged and from when we bought in 2020. Since then the flower decals have been removed and a dividing wall put in the massive lounge to make a large lounge plus fourth bedroom or dining room, with sliding doors. Unfurnished, though we could leave some furniture for tenants to use if required. Cats are OK (if they're able to be fully indoor cats) but no dogs under the bodycorp regulations.
