1 room house of 190m² in Waitākere Ranges

This is a outroom to rent .it has a shower, toilet and handbasin .it is separate from the main house on the property. The hot water cylinder and fridge are on the covered in small deck so more room inside for ize of room is approx 4.5m X 3.5m then the bathroom. If you are a smoker please do so outside thanks. Might be ok for a couple but rent will be $320 per week . Included price of rent is power , water and internet. Main house has a single guy and myself the home owner and I also have my 2teenage girls every second weekend lucky girls are pretty quiet haha. Not a party house so no big drinkers and differently no drugs allowed on site .use of kitchen and washing machine inside main house .has microwave and jug , toaster to use for our room if needed
