We are looking for reliable, friendly tenants to rent our sunny, north-facing, spacious and modern (3-year-old) two storey, four bedroom home. Situated in a convenient, family-friendly neighbourhood, the house is set back from the road in a quiet, ROW location, and is close to shops and public transport. The open plan living/dining area has sliding doors opening onto a north-facing deck, overlooking a stream. The large, stylish kitchen includes dishwasher, plus microwave and refrigerator (if required). There is also a separate laundry area in the garage, with front-loading washing machine (if required), plus a central vacuum system. Every modern convenience!! All four bedrooms are generous sized, air-conditioned (essential for those hot, humid Auckland summer nights), and have have good-sized wardrobes, including wardrobe organiser with drawers.
