We are looking for a quiet person or couple, peaceful people as we love the quiet rural aspect. No animals, smokers, drinkers, loud cars or party people. This would suit a professional person or couple or would be a fantastic granny flat or retirement home. There's a few vege gardens you are welcome to use. We are in Te Kowhai, walking distance to the shops, 10 mins to the Base. Power and expenses are $100p/m and internet is free. Please e
