There is room for a vegetable garden if you're keen. Grazing is available right beside the cottage for 1 or 2 horses. You will need to like and enjoy the company of dogs as they roam free. Best tenant will appreciate and enjoy the farm way of living. This is a spray free farm. No cats sorry, we love our visiting birds. Perhaps a very mellow lap dog. Beautiful Maketu beach and estuary is a five minute jog away. You will need your own fridge, curtains, washing machine(one available to purchase), dryer. A dishwasher is available to purchase. Property has a modern heat pump/air conditioner. Landlords like to live quietly on site. Its a very private and secure location.
