Recently renovated 1 bedroom studio available to rent. This is a non tenancy flatmate agreement. I live in the house above and am a 35-year-old male working as a builder. My ideal flatmate would be a working professional aged 25 - 40 who enjoys socializing with us in the main house, whether over a BBQ or a beverage. You will also have access to the pool during the summer months. Utilities are not included. Water and power use is metered. Fibre wifi is split by flatmates. You will need to organise an account for gas bottle use. Please
