This unit is semi self-contained: it's the downstairs floor of a two-storey house with its own entrance. The unit is about 100sqm. There is an internal staircase so some noise flows between the levels. There's an additional cost of $50pw for expenses — power, water, internet. Upstairs we are a couple with a 1-year-old baby and a dog. Ideally we are looking for a single woman or a couple that likes kids and dogs, and wants their own place but enjoys being in proximity to others.
