Lovely fully furnished house in Green Bay / Titirangi - Dolbear St. Close to Crum Park, Green Bay shops, Titirangi Village. Sunny, nice quiet neighbourhood with great neighbours. Large backyard and playhouse. We are looking for someone to stay in our house while we are overseas for 2026. It would be a fixed term tenancy from Jan/Feb 2026 (or even Dec 2025) to Jan/Feb 2027 (flexible - to be discussed). Ideally someone who enjoys gardening as there is a large (easy-care) garden and backyard.
