Lovely house in Green Bay / Titirangi border on a large section. Close to Crum Park, Green Bay shops, Titirangi Village. Sunny, nice quiet neighbourhood with great neighbours. Large backyard and playhouse. We are looking for someone to stay in our house while we are overseas for 2026. It would be a fixed term tenancy from Dec 2025/Jan 2026 through to Dec 2026/Jan 2027 (flexible - to be discussed). The garage under the house is used as storage for our business and colleagues would still access this during the year. Expenses are additional dependant on occupancy (around $100 p/w for power, water, internet) Fully furnished 4-bedroom house (. the full house). We don't want to have to put our furniture in storage for the year. OPTION 2. Unfurnished (or partially furnished) 3-bedroom house in which case we would use one room to put our furniture in.
