Doesn't come with a cook top due to the rules and regulations with the set up but you are welcome to have a cook top, washing and drying is perfered to be done at a laundromat as access to the washing machine and dryer is on our side of the door (internal door to garage can be locked from bothsides) and needs either myself or my mother to be home to open.
