The ceiling has double insulation in it and there is a heat-pump for heating. Also there is a range hood and bathroom exit fan ventilation and a 1.5 Kw top-up wall heater that is not needed except for healthy homes compliance. The windows are single-glazed. This flat is above another two bedroom flat and it is not well insulated for noise to travel down to the bottom flat. So I am looking for quiet tenants who will not unduly disturb my tenant family below. The property has high degree of privacy as you are above the surrounding houses which are all single story.
