There are large dinning and sitting room areas (includes extra large smart TV ) and a purpose buiIt outdoor entertaining area with comfy couches, chairs and a small BBQ. The kitchen is generously stocked and includes all whiteware, including a microwave and dishwasher. The renovated bathroom has a double vanity, 'rain' showerhead, bath, heated towel rail and washing machine. In this four bedroom property there are two larger bedrooms with queen bed suites (the master bedroom has a small ensuite bathroom). There are two additional smaller bedrooms, one with two bunk beds (sleeping four) and the other with one bunk bed (sleeping two). Max no of tenants is 10 people. The home is set on a secluded, large 670m2 section and offers a private and tranquil home. It is located on a quite cul de sac which offers plenty of off street parking, in addition to parking in the driveway (there is no garage). Prime coastal location which is a short walk to the following two beaches: Excellent public transport links - bus stop right near house. Please note the price listed is for a min 6 month stay.
