This fully furnished home is available from early April 2026. We will work around the short term dates you require. The max tenancy will be until Nov 26, after which the property will be put back on Airbnb. This home has been run as a short term holiday home (see Airbnb listing for our great reviews), so is fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Four bedrooms across two levels and two bathrooms (renovated main bathroom and a small older ensuite bathroom). There are large dinning and sitting room areas (includes extra large smart TV ) and a purpose buiIt outdoor entertaining area with comfy couches, chairs and a small BBQ. The kitchen is generously stocked and includes all whiteware, including a microwave and dishwasher. The renovated bathroom has a double vanity, 'rain' showerhead, bath, heated towel rail and washing machine. In this four bedroom property there are two larger bedrooms with queen bed suites (the master bedroom has a small ensuite bathroom). There are two additional smaller bedrooms, one with two bunk beds (sleeping four) and the other with one bunk bed (sleeping two). Max no of tenants is 10 people. The home is set on a secluded, large 670m2 section and offers a private and tranquil home. It is located on a quite cul de sac which offers plenty of off street parking, in addition to parking in the driveway (there is no garage). Prime coastal location which is a short walk to the following two beaches: Excellent public transport links - bus stop right near house.
