This is a two bedroom place with a 100+ yr old kauri studio adjacent. The main living accommodation consists of a 8m by 4m (approx) downstairs kitchen/dining/living with two ranch sliders out to a courtyard to the north. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, the small one accessed through the larger (photos show them before painting!!). The windows are double glazed with views into bush. The bathroom/toilet is out the back door of the kitchen/dining area and the laundry and significant storage area beyond that.
