Available together or separately.The front flat's size and layout is just like a whole house. So it feels like a house, with a flat built on the back. Modern, generously-sized kitchen and bathroom with shower over the bath. Good sized laundry with supertub, separate toilet. The front flat is heated with a logburner and there's a sunroom/foyer (that's not actually that sunny) with window seating at the front. Fully fenced section and spaces to play in. Pets negotiable. The front flat has a productive walnut tree and grapevine. Both bedrooms are small-ish doubles. Polished wooden floors in the lounge/living spaces, bedrooms carpeted. Most of the photos I have of this flat seem to be before or during renovations.The back flat is more compact, but is also generously sized with two bedrooms, two living spaces, separate kitchen separate laundry and separate toilet. It also has a modern kitchen and bathroom with shower-over-bath. Polished wooden floors in the living rooms, carpet in the bedrooms and vinyl planks in the wet areas.
