Spacious one bedroom flat in great location This one bedroom flat is very spacious (about 68 m2) and in a great location. The bus is just outside the door and takes just over 10 minutes to get to the city. The large lounge easily fits a good sized home office corner as well. The flat has great views over beautiful trees, a playground and a nature resort and its a short walk to the Otari-Wilton Bush reserve - very peaceful and beautiful. The previous tenants had set it up beautifully as per the photos. The heatpump we put in is a commercial style heatpump which keeps the flat toasty during winter. It also comes with a washing machine we bought before the previous tenant moved in. There is a large (shared) clothesline behind the house that gets great morning sun and the afternoon sun gets in through the lounge windows at the front.
