(I have tried to redo the photos but I still keep getting these comments!). Very warm and cosy in winter and cool in summer. Great alternative to a noisy city apartment – instead live in this quiet area with views across to Otari Wilton’s Bush (an easy 10 minutes walk away). Beautiful area with loads of trees and birds around (Kaka, Kereru and Tui etc) – such a peaceful location. Two minutes’ walk to bus stops – either route 13/22/4 or route 14 into town. Very safe parking on the road – we have a great neighbourhood watch system and it’s free to park on the road. Studio is fully furnished with quality appliances – new fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine & dryer, flat screen tv, etc. Also provided is sofa, coffee table, dining table, all kitchen gear etc. Top brand Tiltaway bed means within a few seconds the bed folds away so you can use the whole apartment to entertain guests. Rangehood and windows near kitchen area ensures any cooking smells and steam are vented outside. Separate laundry with washing machine and dryer, also vented outside.
