House to rent/flatmates wanted kind of scenario. The house is two bedrooms, the garage sleep out is one bedroom and is mostly self-contained. You would have the house; I would have the garage sleep out. As the sleepout is still under construction, I would still need to access the house for the shower and laundry only. Tenancy agreement would be a standard rental agreement with access clauses. That is, until the sleep out is finished. 4 weeks bond, 2 weeks in advance. Property: Set on 2 acres and located 5 minutes from Otautau with a NW view of the Longwood forest. Surrounded by farmland and only has one quiet neighbor to the north. Very low traffic. A rural and very peaceful place. Local amenities: Otautau (population ~800) is 5 minutes away.
