You would have the house; I would have the garage sleep out. As the sleepout is still under construction, I would still need to access the house for the shower and laundry only. Tenancy agreement would likely be a ‘boarding house tenancy’ under the residential tenancies act 1986. That is, until the sleep out is finished. Property: Set on 2 acres and located 5 minutes from Otautau with a NW view of the Longwood forest. Surrounded by farmland and only has one quiet neighbor to the north. Very low traffic. A rural and very peaceful place. Local amenities: Otautau is 5 minutes away.
