It has lovely rural views, no light pollution so you can see the stars so brightly at night and watch the satellites. You will go to sleep to the sound of moreporks and wake to the sound of birds singing. The rent includes power, wifi and sky. The unit comes with a fridge, TV, microwave & washing machine. We are also more than happy to mow the lawns when we do our own. We are close to the Remutaka forest park, only 5 minutes from the Wainuiomata Coast, we have horse trekking next door, a golf club 10 minutes up the road and only 15 minutes from the shops. We are looking for a mature single or couple who are interested in the quiet life, surrounded by nature. Someone who loves gardening would be ideal, and if you love the outdoors then this is perfect. This is not the place for parties. We want someone who will love and respect this property like we do.
