short term rental only Beautiful stand alone tiny house situated on a rural 13 hectare property surrounded by farms and bordered by the river, 5 mins from Waipu village. Walk in wardrobe, full bathroom and loft bedroom. Mini wood burner for warmth in winter. Large spacious deck with additional outdoor shower and bath (plus one inside in the bathroom) Would suit a single person or a couple. Note it is a small vertical staircase into the bedroom so not suited to some heavier people and definitely not suited to young kids. We lived here for 3 years pre-kids and loved every minute of it. Never felt small for us. Inside is not furnished. Although all you really need is a mattress and a couch as most other things are built in. Fridge is included and outdoor table stays there too. Equipped with a shed out the back to house the washing machine and extra space for storage. Water and power included in rent! Internet is limited to 120G per month for $65. Gas bottles for hot water and cooking. Property shared with one other house who are a young family with a dog. (If you have a dog we will need to assess this with the other house) Note this is a short term rental only through to Mid Jan 2027 at latest. If you are interested, please e
