Suit single person committed to organic eco-minded living only, to share our permaculture food-forest vision. We are seeking a gardener-landscaper keen on growing food, to possibly exchange some rent for help with the land. Ongoing tasks would include scrub-cutting, vege growing, tending to fruit trees, mowing etc. Security deposit required. Power, gas etc costs by tenant. E Rate is for long term only, single person.
