2 rooms apartment of 210m² in Albert-Eden

Charming 2 bedroom in quiet street. Since these photos were taken we've tiled inside by the front door and along the french doors in the living room, making it easier to avoid wet shoes on carpet etc. The bathroom photos were taken last year during some renovations, hence the wood bracing. The front yard has been covered in bark by the current tenant - we're still deciding whether to keep that or attempt grass seed. We'll trim the shrubs etc from what's shown in the photos. The grass area at the back is currently covered in cardboard to kill off weeds. Pets are negotiable.
