You will have use of the lower level suite which consists of 2 queen bedrooms with built in robes, a large full kitchen with near new appliances, dining room with access to a generous paved and fenced outdoor entertaining/bbq area, north facing lounge with French doors opening onto a glass balcony, bathroom with separate toilet and a sunroom capturing water views. The downstairs is currrently partially furnished and the bed, fridge/freezer and dining furniture can be left by arrangement. You will have your own entries into the house and own alarm system. The upper level of the house remains the use of the owner during the daytime. This is a working rural property and due to on-site activity and development it is not ideal for small children. Rural location within the city limits, north facing with views to the water and Kaimai ranges. Close to Papamoa Beach, Fashion Island and Papamoa Plaza. 15 minute drive to Tauranga CBD and Tauriko. Bus stop 5 minute walk away. Local shops and waterfront park nearby. Due to shared use of house and land, this arrangement is as a flatmate agreement. Ideal for those in-between builds, on transfer or wanting a short break vacation house in the Bay of Plenty.
