Washing machine is also supplied and plumbed in. Air Con / Heat Pump unit is highly effective at heating the small studio space, and the unit meets Healthy Homes Standards. Studio is unfurnished aside from the whiteware mentioned above. There is space to bring a double bed, TV cabinet and set of drawers. There are no supplied or built in wardrobes. We are a close, friendly and supportive neighbourhood (FYI landlord lives on the same street). Drugs not tolerated. Best suited to a single person (too small for a couple to live comfortably). We are looking for someone who can commit to a one year tenancy. 4 week bond. Move in date has a little bit of flexibility.
