Still looking for someone… Our Tenant is moving due to work commitments so we are looking for someone . $450 weekly.. including internet and power. Lovely country living with stunning views. Whakamarama location. Available September 2025. Looking for someone long term. Can be semi furnished if required. As we live above the 1 brm flat we are looking for a quiet living person or couple with no pets(sorry)…no smoking and we think this living arrangement would best suit an older person! Power, internet and lawn mowing is included in the weekly amount.
