Current flatmate that is staying is in his late 20's, works full time, likes to keep to themselves but also down for a yarn. Has lived here for over a year and would like to keep staying in same space, other flatmate is moving on as they are building a house. Property is managed by Quinovic. The rooms available both have decent double wardrobes, enough space for a queen size bed with bed side and a set of draws! One is upstairs and other is downstairs, both get great morning sun. Its only a 2 minute walk to the busstop for the main route to town from newlands (number 57.) Takes about 10-15 minutes to drive to the city/petone or porirua from house.
