1 room house of 449m² in Rotorua

Apologies for the terrible photos. The last tenants did a lot of damage to the property so its currently getting repaired, hence I can't show any inside photos as yet, but will update when I can. New carpet also needs to be laid throughout the house.The house is standalone.
