Hi there! I have a double room available for immediate move-in in a sunny, spacious 5-bedroom house in Karori, with beautiful views, for $265 per week, all inclusive. I’m looking for a clean, reliable young professional or student to share the house with me. You’ll have the house mostly to yourself, as I’m the only other occupant. There may be occasional short stays when my two university-aged kids return home for two-week blocks. This would be ideal for someone who enjoys a peaceful environment. You’ll also have your own bathroom for most of the year, as I use an ensuite. The house is just a 2-minute walk to the bus stop and minutes away from Karori Town Centre.
