5 rooms house of 181m² in Wellington

Hi there! I have a double room available for immediate move-in in a sunny, spacious 5-bedroom house in Karori, with beautiful views, for $265 per week, all inclusive. I’m looking for a clean, reliable young professional or student to share the house with me. Preferably a female. You’ll have the house mostly to yourself, as I’m the only other occupant. There may be occasional short stays when my two university-aged kids return home for two-week blocks. This would be ideal for someone who enjoys a peaceful environment. You’ll also have your own bathroom for most of the year, as I use an ensuite. The house is just a 2-minute walk to the bus stop and minutes away from Karori Town Centre.
