'Good Vibes' is a modern, sunny, self contained studio located in vibrant Ahuriri. Central to local swimming beaches, cafes, restaurants, wineries, cycle tracks, airport and Napier CBD. Equipped with everything you need for a short to mid term stay, all you need to bring is your clothes! The studio will accommodate one or two people comfortably, and is ideal for anyone traveling, in between homes, traveling for work, or anyone needing accommodation for extended family or friends coming to the Bay. Rent includes power, gas, internet and a weekly service. The price advertised is the weekly rate for up to 2 people staying up to 4 weeks. For longer stays I use a sliding scale depending on the length of the stay, and whether it is for one or two people. Similar to a duplex, the studio is attached to the main house. We share the off street parking and the stairs up to the main property. Apart from that, everything else is separate, allowing you space and privacy, with the added reassurance and security of being part of a larger home. I live in the main house with my son and resident cat Daisy. I am self employed and homeschool my son. We have been sharing our lovely space for many years and have met many wonderful people during this time.
