Short to medium term stay considered, pref 3 months minimum. The studio is small but has plenty of great outdoor space. Suit 1 person or possible a couple. Uninterrupted vistas of Kapiti Island and the northern coastline. 5 minutes walk to the beach for swims or walks; 10 minutes walk to the Pukerua Bay train station. Escarpment track is 5 minutes walk away at the old Muri station. Plenty of great walks and bike tracks nearby. 30 mins to Wellington; 10 mins to Paekakariki cafes; 20 mins to Paraparaumu shops. This place is not really suitable for pets being quite small and un-fenced.
