Our studio is coming available soon . We live on a 50 acre property out by ocean beach , The studio is tucked away in amongst the trees facing north , its a large room with a fireplace with opening barn doors . Kitchen is next door and toilet and shower to the side . Washing machine , fridge and all kitchen equipment supplied these are shared with one other person who is easy going clean and tidy . There are others on the property ageing from early 20's to mid 50's all easy going . We have a small community vibe and help each other out . Loads of fruit trees , lots of walking tracks and some farm animals . Ocean views from property and about 6 minutes drive to Ocean beach. Please tell us a bit about yourself/es when
