The lounge opens onto a large, sunny deck overlooking lawn and established gardens. Split-system aircon / heater in lounge. The available room has a queen bed (mattress and base, both in near-new condition), and a large wardrobe with shelving. The remainder of the bedroom furniture is to be supplied by the new tenant. There is a separate bathroom for the sole use of the tenant (with shower, vanity and toilet). Parking is off-road. We currently have awesome 3 tenants (a couple and a single) and we are looking for another professional person to join them (singles only). All services are included in the weekly rent.
