This cozy home is located just above Postgate school and the Whitby pump track, 5 minute drive to Whitby shops (or 1/2 hour walk along the beautiful Whitby walkway). And a 5 minute walk to the bus stop on Postgate Drive. The house gets all day sun (just loses the last rays in the evening behind the hill) and has both a wood burner and heat pump, so generally a very cozy, warm place for the winter! It has three medium sized double bedrooms (all a similar size) and a lovely outlook over some native bush and Postgate field from the wrap around deck. A fully fenced yard and covered wrap around deck make the place great for children/pets/bbq’s. Note the photos are from several years ago and the house has since been painted (both inside and out).
